Team Registration: All swimmers joining the Wichita Aqua Shocks are required to pay a one-time registration fee.

United States Swimming Registration: Wichita Aqua Shocks (WAS) members are required to join United States Swimming before taking their first plunge. WAS participates in the Missouri Valley Division of United States Swimming which sanctions the meets we hold and attend. United States Swimming also provides insurance coverage for each swimmer. The yearly membership fee is required and must be paid prior to entering the water for the first time.

Release of Liability Form & Medical Authorization: These forms will be provided to you when you register. They must be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to entering the water for the first time. The medical authorization will allow the coaches to seek medical assistance in the event a parent or legal guardian cannot be reached.
